The Panorama Bar is one of three distinct venues at The International, The Point Group’s major hospitality hub at 25 Martin Place. The vibe at Panorama is a little more laid-back than its lower-level siblings, The Grill and The Wine Bar. Here, you’ll find comfy lounges and fire pits dotting an open-air garden terrace.

Executive chef Danny Corbett (Shell House, The Dolphin) has created a menu of sky-high snacks informed by a cold bar and bank of Hibachi grills. The rotating offering might include yakitori skewers, or a popcorn lobster roll with togarashi.

The cocktail menu naturally changes with the seasons. If you’re visiting in the warmer months, for example, expect fruit-forward drinks such as a lychee Martini or caramelised pear Daiquiri. Otherwise, there’s a steady stream of champagne and chablis to keep the good times flowing.
