For the past six months the Broadsheet Kitchen, in Scott Pickett’s St Crispin on Smith Street in Collingwood, brought exciting restaurant concepts to life. First was chef Ryan Dolan’s take on the accessible French fine-dining bistronomy concept. Dolan was followed by Princes Pies owner and chef Matti Fallon, who drew on childhood memories from his local Chinese restaurant to create unforgettable dishes.
For the second iteration of the series, Broadsheet Kitchen will operate out of some of the country’s best restaurants. At each stop, young talent from the venue will be given the opportunity to realise a one-night-only concept with the support of the best in the business.
