• Fishbank has introduced a caviar cart to deliver diners a “bump” of the briny stuff – to be consumed off the back of your hand with a nip of vodka. It might sound gimmicky, but placing the eggs on your hand raises the caviar to the ideal eating temperature. The caviar bumps ($36) are available Fridays through to Sundays.
