Karma & Crow
Menu
Karma & Crow was one of the first cafes in Adelaide to really nail the kind of smart mod-Oz brunch fare that’s easy to take for granted nowadays. It’s still leading the pack – with buttery gochujang scrambled eggs spiked with fermented black bean oil, and Thai beef salads with a riot of seasonal greens.
But Karma & Crow stands apart in other ways. For one, you won’t find another Adelaide cafe that looks quite like this. Set within the old West Torrens Council Chambers, the cafe’s elegant curves, arches and pastel hues were executed by Studio-Gram and Build Inc. (The business moved to this site after eight years in Richmond.)
Spot the gleaming brewery at the end of the room – that’s the engine room for Yellow Matter Brewing, the team’s other hospo hustle. Karma & Crow has run of the space during the day, and Yellow Matter takes over in the afternoon (on select days) with Canadian-style brews and a veg-forward pizza menu.
