Originally launched as a more casual playmate for the now defunct Nantucket Kitchen, NKB Express was always the cheery Happy Days alternative to Nantucket's Conde Nast Massachusetts chic.

Here, it’s all about the hot dogs, bagels, waffles and burgers. Named after NYC districts, the burgers range from the Meat Packer (wagyu, bacon jam), through to the Chelsea (turkey mince, cranberry relish). There’s even the Chinatown burger for non bread-eating paleo fans.

To complete the classic diner-style experience, pair your meal with a soda, spider or old-fashioned milkshake. There’s classic vanilla or the chocolate Oreo with malt. Alcohol is split between American and Australian labels, taking in Budweiser and Coors in addition to Batlow cider and Stone & Wood ale.
