Attimi by Dario Manca
Menu
Meaning “moments” in Italian, Attimi is a fine diner helmed by chef-owner Dario Manca, who’s formidable CV includes stints in the UK and Europe under Gordon Ramsay and Heinz Beck, as well as time at Sydney’s Sardinian institution Pilu. At Attimi, Manca serves a degustation reflecting his expertise and Italian heritage.
Whether you choose eight or 12 courses, each dish represents a different region of Italy. Examples include sourdough focaccia slathered with prosciutto butter, and arancini with truffle mayo. An à la carte menu is also available on select days. Attimi’s wine list has more than 80 labels spanning Australia and Italy, and is backed up by a neat list of house cocktails.
With just 28 seats, the dining experience at Attimi is intimate, and the exposed-brick space is punctuated by Italian table sculptures and plenty of burgundy marble.
