Calere is run by Alicia Feng. Her partner, Mo Zhou, runs petite fine-diner Gaea next door. It's a tiny – seriously, it's minuscule – nook. Blink and you'll miss it.
Coffee coffee comes from Ona, one of Australia's best coffee roasters. Ona's beans are used in both filter and espresso coffees. There's a small range of pastries to choose from.
