Fitzroy gelato nook, Good Daze Canteen, serves around 21 flavours inspired by sweets from around the world. Think Thai mango sticky rice, where coconut rice pudding is swirled into Alphonso mango sorbet; Scandi-inspired yoghurt and lingonberries; and Aussie Milo Milk Crunch. Around seven vegan options might include Korean fruit-punch-inspired hwachae, and miso peanut butter caramel. (Lacteeze is also available at the counter for the lactose-free crowd.)
