Coles and Woolworths have today announced the return of purchase limits at some of their Victorian stores, in light of the renewed stage-three lockdown.
Toilet paper is restricted to one item per customer at Coles, and two per customer at Woolworths. And at both supermarkets there’s now a two-item limit on hand sanitiser, paper towel, tissues, flour, sugar, pasta, mince meat, milk, eggs, rice, frozen food and more.
The limits apply to all Woolworths stores across the state, and to Coles stores in locked-down areas in metropolitan Melbourne and Mitchell Shire.
