New York ice-cream sensation OddFellows is flying out just for this event and will serve its famous ice-cream sandwiches with biscuits made by Tuck Shop Take Away for $4 a pop.

Bowery to Williamsburg, 5 & Dime, Nieuw Amsterdam and Shawcross Pizza Joint will serve mac‘n’cheese waffles, bagels, Reuben sandwiches and pizza by the slice to make our international guests feel at home.

Pick up homewares from Arro Home and Alchemy Produx. Indoor plants and seeds for the veggie garden will be available from Cool Cactus and Little Veggie Patch Co. Artist Minna Gilligan will be selling signed copies of her two books and a curated selection of her incredible wardrobe and accessories. Alison Turnbull will be selling her prints, cards and the like. Kitiya Palaskas, Kitsu and Emily Green have your jewellery needs covered. Beautiful leather goods by Georgie Cummings will be available, and Nice Digs will have fashionable collars and leads for your dog. Sklep will be selling its beautiful vintage Polish posters. Collingwood Arts Precinct

Johnston Street Fiesta
Every year this festival celebrating Hispanic and Latin American culture gets bigger and more vibrant.

Between Nicholson Street and Brunswick Street, Johnston Street will explode with colour and music. Do the cha cha, samba and merengue in the middle of the (blocked-off) street to live music. There are also free dance classes if you’d prefer to learn step by step.

Food stalls selling South American treats will keep you fed and yes, the sangria will be flowing. Entry is free.

Etsy Melbourne Market
Pick up a range of locally made products from homewares to clothing by your favourite Etsy sellers in person. You, Me & Bones, K is for Kani, and Full Tilt Nanna are just some of the local designers on board.

The market will take place inside a converted warehouse in Abbotsford.

There is a $2 entry fee; part of the money raised will go to Plan International’s Because I am a Girl campaign and part will support local makers and designers to plan more events.

Mina-night at Minanoie
You don’t have to veer too far off Johnston Street to find Japanese cafe Minanoie, which is hosting a boutique market on Saturday night. Tokyobike, Kloke, Birkenstock, Sunday Ganim and more will sell their wares. Edible treats and dinner are by Pidapipo, Cibi, Baker D Chirico and Minanoie itself. Free entry.
