Richmond sandwich shop Hector's Deli is popping up at Meatsmith right now on Smith Street.
If you hurry, you can snag one of their schnitzel (crumbed chicken schnitzel, tarragon butter, iceberg lettuce and secret mayo on a steamed white bun), beef and pickle (pastrami and three different types of pickles on light rye), or tuna melt options.
It's already slammed, so you'll need to get in fast. They're there until 3pm or until sold out.
