It’s been a big month of announcements for Lune – and we’re only six days in.
Kate Reid’s croissant juggernaut has confirmed it’s opening a third store in Melbourne, a second in Brisbane, and its first in Sydney – in Darlinghurst, after abandoning original plans to open in Chippendale.
But you might have missed the similarly exciting announcement of Lune’s brand new edible creation: lasagne escargot. (Lune-sagne, if you will.) It’s available this month only at Lune’s existing stores – in Fitzroy and the CBD in Melbourne, and in South Brisbane.

SIGN UPEssentially, it’s lasagne you can (efficiently) eat with your hands. The croissanterie’s classic, flaky escargot pastry is the base. It’s loaded with rich bolognaise, creamy bechamel and shredded mozzarella – then topped with sharp Parmigiano-Reggiano.
The lasagne escargot is available at all Lune stores throughout June.
