Broadsheet is throwing an all-night White Night party, White Noise at Alpha60’s spectacular store in Chapter House, and Supernormal is bringing the food to match.

Andrew McConnell’s Asian restaurant will serve five dishes throughout the night – including one brand new item created specially for the party – so you won’t go hungry between dance floor sessions.

The ebi katsu roll with bonito, chives and kewpie mayo is a Supernormal newbie you’re going to want to try, and our party is the place to do it.

Prawn and chicken dumplings with chilli and vinegar sauce; buttermilk fried chicken; fried, spiced rice cakes with sesame; and baby sweet corn with miso butter are also on the menu.

The Beaufort team is bringing the drinks. There’ll be Ketel One Vodka cocktails with passionfruit and orange blossom soda and pomegranate, and Tanqueray Gin cocktails with lemon sherbet and almond-croissant syrup.

Brown Brothers wine and Asahi beer will also be behind the bar.

Come for the food and drink, but make sure you stay for the tunes (Edd Fisher is curating the night’s music with a program inspired by genre clashers Play On Collective) and an art and light installation by internationally acclaimed artists and designers Tin & Ed.
