Gimlet at Cavendish House is finally reopening on Tuesday November 24. And bookings are open now.
Those who missed its initial opening can get ready to step inside the prolific restaurateur’s opulent dining room on the ground floor of Cavendish House, a Chicago-style 1920s building in the CBD.
There’ll be a few dining options: groups of seven or more will be able to dine from Gimlet’s Eurocentric, $90-a-head house menu, and there’ll also be a late-night supper menu, which will be available from 10pm to 1am.
