What’s happening around town

• Helly Raichura’s Indian fine diner Enter Via Laundry, which changes its menu twice a year and curates each one around a different cuisine, recently launched its Parsi menu. Dishes include Irani kheema bun (lamb mince in green spices with brioche) and oombariyu (smoky quail and root vegetables cooked in an earthen pot).

Cameo, the bar on the 80th floor of the Ritz Carlton, has just launched a happy hour on Wednesdays through Fridays from 5pm to 7pm. Cocktails including a classic Air Mail and the bar’s Bramble (gin, lime and blackcurrant liqueur) are priced between $20 and $25. They’re accompanied by abalone katsu sandos, an uni and crème fraîche tartlet and other snacks priced between $14 and $18 from chef Michael Greenlaw.

Juice aficionado Tom Sarafian and Pidapipo are bringing back the ashta gelato they first collaborated on last October. It’s served in a waffle cone and covered in sliced pistachios and is available at all Pidapipo stores until the end of August.
