• Chef Fhred Batalona’s pop-up series Palay is hosting a dinner at Epocha in Carlton on Wednesday June 12 for Philippine Independence Day. Batalona will collaborate with chefs Rolando Laudico and Jac Laudico to prepare a six-course meal. Bookings are essential.
