• Carlton Market favourite Masses Bagels will take over Wild Life Bakery this Saturday November 30 and Sunday December 1, from 7.30am until sold out. Expect one-off collab toppings including Masses’ classic hot-smoked trout quark, topped with Wild Life’s shibazuke pickles and lacto-fermented gherkins, as well as plain bagels to take away.

• Bar Liberty head chef Zackary Furst is hosting a pierogi pop-up at Mr West this Saturday November 30 from 1pm to 4pm (or sold out).

Juice aficionado Tom Sarafian is cooking lunch and dinner at Grana next Sunday December 8. There’ll be hummus topped with spanner crab and king prawns, vine leaves filled with rice, fresh herbs and Lebanese pine nuts, and more.

• Rosemary Andrews’s honey, apple miso and dulcey layer cake, and soft serve topped with Valrhona chocolate sauce and crushed chocolate-chip cookies, are just two of the sweets on offer this Saturday November 30 when the Mietta by Rosemary founder and Maker & Monger’s Anthony Femia team up. Cakes by the slice will be available at either store from 10am until sold out, but the soft serve is exclusive to Mietta.
