You would be hard pressed not to step into a store adorned with rainbow bunting and cursive ‘hello’ signs beckoning you from the windows.

Essentially a homewares store, The Woodsfolk is filled to the brim with Australian and international pieces for the old and young, and covers a wide scope of products ranging from tea towels and jewellery to stationary and knitted toys. Split into two sections, the front half serves as a traditional retail space, while the rear is set as a cosy bedroom, complete with a double bed and bright yellow, school locker-style wardrobes.

Each piece is carefully chosen for its functionality, aesthetic value and simply joy of use. Kids will adore the toadstool lamps and chocolate freckle-style felt rugs, while the older folks will lust after the brilliant MUD tableware and Ponyrider throws.

So head on down and meet the folks – these woods are wonderful.
