Baguette Studios specialises in, as its name suggests, French-style baguettes. Here, the crisp rolls combine local ingredients with Korean flavours, a nod to co-owner Aileen Seo’s home country and French culinary training.

Along with impressively crusty baguettes, swirly kouign-amanns and pretzel croissants, the regularly rotating menu always has at least one Korean-inspired option, which has included a beef bulgogi-style cheesesteak slathered in jalapeno mayo and pickled onion.

On the French front, try the jambon-fromage sandwich, with house-cured leg ham and lashings of butter on one of the namesake baguettes. Along with sandwiches, they also offer brunch-type options, like eggs en cocotte (baked eggs) and a breakfast plate complete with pancakes, eggs, kransky sausage and bacon. Make it the perfect morning meal with coffee curtesy of Inglewood Roasters.

Behind a red-brick facade, Baguette Studio’s chic minimalist layout – with warm timber and orange accents – is anchored by an open-plan kitchen where you can watch bread bake as you eat. Plus, moon-jar decorations (a type of traditional Korean white porcelain) are scattered throughout.
