The Naked Tree
Features
Celebrating Aussie cafe staples alongside American-style comfort food, The Naked Tree has been a family-friendly destination on Yarrawonga’s main drag since owner and chef Jordan Rosmulder opened the venue in 2014.
His menu spruiks a bit of everything, leaning toward the indulgent when it comes to dinner. Case in point: the burger range includes a double cheeseburger, a truly stacked take on a burger with the lot, and a sample-friendly trio of mixed sliders. An eye-popping veggie burger stars a golden hunk of crumbed mac-and-cheese for a patty.
Other dinner options include homemade gnocchi, slow-cooked beef cheek, double beef ribs and three different parmas. Shareable sides include duck spring rolls and pork belly bites. Seasonal specials might include a hearty kangaroo stew, or a creamy pumpkin soup in the cooler seasons.
Open from breakfast onward, The Naked Tree also offers a popular kids menu for every meal of the day, with the added appeal of fresh-whipped ice cream by Mallee produce collective, I Can Eat a Rainbow. Adults can kick back in the evening with colourful cocktails or sumptuous desserts including a Mars Bars cheesecake, and the ambitious Nutella plate featuring waffles, doughnuts and Bacio ice cream.
