Each gorgeous-looking pack includes your choice of a small devil’s ivy or monstera deliciosa; a handmade ceramic planter by Melbourne’s Leaf and Thread; a 100-gram bag of potting mix; and a block of gluten- and dairy-free Pana Chocolate (either mint or salted caramel).
