These ten local brands are offering discounts on outfit building blocks – from T-shirts and tanks to denim, blazers, button-ups and more – for Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

I find myself reaching for tees, tanks and button-up shirts daily. Like many people, it’s my unofficial uniform. But these pieces aren’t necessarily “fun” to shop. Sale season is a great time to stock up on the wardrobe foundations you know you’ll turn to time and again. And these local brands are offering some of the best discounts on classic pieces.

Lee Mathews

Lee Mathews is the Sydney label making functional, beautiful garments that elevate everyday attire – and the brand is offering 30 per cent off in its seasonal sale. Warm, sun-drenched days call for lightweight, flowy dresses and the Agnes dress and Simone maxi dress fit the bill. For more trans-seasonal wear, there’s the Lloyd vest, the Peyton pleated skirt and this pair of 100-per-cent Japanese cotton denim jeans.
