The Pavlova Pimm’s
1.2 standard drinks.
Ingredients:
60mls Pimm’s
120mls fresh orange juice
1 passionfruit
Method:
Add Pimm’s to a highball glass. Fill with ice to the top and add passionfruit. Fill with fresh orange juice, stir and garnish with a passionfruit shell and some meringue on the side.
