Video: How Prosecco Is Made

Watch and learn. Then pop a bottle to celebrate.

When you’re pouring glasses of prosecco for friends, no one pauses to think about the effort that’s gone into its creation. Which is fine – you’re probably busy celebrating something or enjoying a meal.

We’ve distilled the prosecco-making process to less than two minutes. We travelled to the Brown Brothers winery in Milawa (north-east Victoria) to capture every step, from picking grapes to bottling.

Most of the magic takes place in the Brown Brothers Kindergarten where research into new wines and development of smaller wine projects takes place. The wine you’ll see come to life in the video above is the Brown Brothers Vintage Release Prosecco.
