Unsurprisingly, seafood is the hero here – natural oysters are served with zingy verjuice ice, finger lime caviar and chervil; or come tempura-style with chilli aioli and a smokey soy sesame dressing. Don’t miss the signature Thai-style seafood yellow curry, a fragrant, steaming bowl of the stuff packed with Moreton Bay bugs, scallops, Mooloolaba prawns and locally caught snapper.

The Sunshine Coast’s boutique brewery scene is well-represented on the drinks list, which might include a Japanese-style lager by Heads of Noosa, a fruity mango sour by Land and Sea, and a pale ale by Your Mates. A temperature-controlled wine cellar is stocked with a selection of drops from near and far, and if you’re feeling spicy, the makrut lime and chilli Margarita is the perfect way to kick off a meal.

The modern, sophisticated space features white walls, clean lines and terracotta accents, while the panoramic view from the outdoor terrace – stretching all the way from Noosa North Shore to the national park – makes for a spectacular dining backdrop.
