Bondi Beach

Bondi is Australia’s most famous beach for a reason. From its great surf breaks on either end – beginner-friendly up north, more advanced down south – to its stretch of world-class bars and eateries, this iconic destination has it all in spades. 

And it’s not just greater Sydney that converges on Bondi’s picture-perfect sand. Visitors from all over the world come for the experience of a true “city beach”, with world-class bars and eateries just a stone’s throw from the beach. Bondi also marks the start of a famous coastal walk that comprises Tamarama, Bronte, Gordons Bay and Clovelly before finishing up at Coogee to the south.   

Then there’s Bondi Icebergs. Famous in its own right, the beachside club at the south end of the beach is synonymous with Bondi living. It boasts a swimming pool and sauna, plus a casual daily bistro and a fine-dining restaurant that overlooks the beach.
