If Jean-Luc Godard and his various contemporary pop icons are your thing, you’d best get down to Alpha60 (taken from Godard’s film of the same name). Great basics and special pieces have taken this small local label to become the next big thing in Australia, with several stores scattered throughout Melbourne and Sydney. There’s one catch: you better like black. The specialty of the house is their almost exclusive use of the monochrome palette. Made for men, women and both, the label is not without a sense of humour.
