Caz Reitop’s Dirty Secrets is nestled unobtrusively in amongst a string of restaurants and bars near the corner of Smith and Gertrude Stree. A bar with a whimsical, speakeasy feel, this gem is one of few along the strip with a late-night license.

Inside, ornaments (including a large gramophone) are scattered around the small, dimly lit bar, giving it a twenties speak-easy feel room that's punctuated by wooden tables and high stools. Flickering candles create a sultry ambience. You can also pop out the back and share a dirty secret or two in the red leather booths.

The cocktail list here is rather impressive, with variations on traditional twenties and thirties-style drinks to choose from. They include anything from a classic martini to a potent house concoction known as the Lady Vader. For something a little lighter, there’s beer on tap and a top shelf full of single malts. Pedigree spirits are also on the list for the serious swigger.

Downstairs, the bluestone basement, also know as The Vault, hosts comedy on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and is available for private functions and DJ sets on the weekends.
