Wax'o Paradiso + Soulfor Wine

Melbourne natural-wine festival Soulfor Wine has teamed up with Melbourne disco DJs Wax’o Paradiso and Chico G for a day of organic wine, music and food trucks.

Kicking off at midday, Soulfor Wine will run a four-hour tasting featuring local and European natural wines. Keep an eye out for Adelaide Hills’ Manon Farm and Gentle Folk as well as Margaret River’s Sam Vinciullo. A couple of European wine producers will also be around offering samples from L'Egrappille in France and Cantina Giardino in Italy.

Performing live in the courtyard throughout the day is Big Rig, Sydney DJ Ben Fester and, of course, Wax’o Paradiso leading the dance party into the afternoon.

Alongside an exciting line-up of wine and music will be a number of guest chefs including head chef from Tasmania’s award-winning The Agrarian Kitchen and Eatery, Ali Currey-Voumard.

The Agrarian Kitchen and Eatery Store sources ingredients from local growers, farmers and fishers and its own cooking school’s garden and farm. It preserves excess produce by pickling, fermenting and curing to sell in-store or to feature on future menus.

Soulfor Wine will also operate two bars at the event.

Tickets excluding the tasting are available for $25.
