Menu - Mr Yum
Victor Liong’s Chinese eatery is in a league of its own. Tucked away on a laneway off Flinders Lane, Lee Ho Fook takes on a new style of Chinese cuisine. Inside a dimly lit dining room, guests are invited to try authentic yet inventive dishes crafted using recipes passed down through generations.
Feast on its extensive a la carte menu – starting with the crowd-fave pork and chive dumplings with black vinegar and chilli oil, and crispy eggplant in spiced red vinegar. Then, move on to Peking duck with oscietra caviar, and prepared Cantonese-style with silken tofu, ginger and spring onion oil.
For the full experience, select from a wine list covering more than 120 bins or sip on high-end vintages poured by the glass. The wine (or tea) pairing is a must if you’re ordering the set menu. The team also has a Coravin – a high-tech system that pierces the cork and pressurises the bottle – to allow for high-end vintages to be poured by the glass. Plus, there’s a chilli Margarita and standout lychee and white peach Bellini.
