No Mafia
Features
The nomadic menu at No Mafia is inspired by all corners of Italy. Seating 120, you can expect dishes such as suppli, for instance: crunchy, cheese-filled risotto balls that are Rome’s answer to Sicily’s arancini. There’s also mortadella and prosciutto di Parma, meats synonymous with the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy’s north. Sicilian green olives, meanwhile, speak to the bar’s southern-Italian focus. In short, if it’s Italian, it’s fair game.
There’s also a wide range of pasta dishes, made in-house with a Bottene pasta machine from Italy. There’s pappardelle with braised duck; spaghetti with prawn butter and Kailis smoked bottarga (salted, cured fish roe); and ravioli with bolognaise.
The bar also focuses on Italian wines, including drops from Veneto and Tuscany regions. Enjoy a glass of Bortolotti prosecco in the outdoor spritz garden or a Brunello di Montacino pianrosso with some fresh pasta.
