Copper Mill

Copper Mill has a simple, stylish fit-out of concrete floors, wooden benchtops and slate-coloured walls.

Coffees are whipped out using Golden Cobra’s My Brother's Wife roast, or there’s a rotating single origin filter option from Moccamaster, all served on powder blue and terracotta cups and saucers.

The menu is a rustic, comforting affair, featuring rolls such as bacon and egg; prosciutto; and a comforting Peruvian number with pork belly and roasted sweet potato. If you're just after smashed avo or a Smoking Gun bagel, those are available too.
