Two of Sydney’s most popular Italian restaurateurs – Orazio D’Elia of Da Orazio Pizza and Porchetta and Lucio De Falco of Lucio Pizzeria – held a big Italian party at Broadsheet Restaurant. Sounds simple, and at face value, it was. The menu was unassuming and authentic; reflecting the town in Naples the pair grew up in together.

Of course, making meals appear effortless is part of the art. In the lead up to the feast, D’Elia gathered the best possible produce to feature across the menu, which we’ve featured in a video series. Watch and learn as he makes mozzarella with La Stella Latticini; prepares a pig to make porchetta at Vic’s Meat; chooses the healthiest fish at De Costi Seafoods; and picks the best veggies with J&D Providore.

The video above follows D’Elia as he selects the healthiest fish from De Costi Seafoods to make kingfish crudo.
