The Ultimate Father’s Day Feast for Four With Dishes From Andy Allen, Shane Delia and Frank Camorra, $60 per person
What do you get when you cross superstar chefs Andy Allen (Three Blue Ducks), Shane Delia (Maha) and Frank Camorra (Movida)? A killer feast and bragging rights over any siblings for life. Clarence Classic Banquet, $60 per person
Clarence is a cosy new Woolloongabba bistro that’s all about showing off beautiful produce, giving as much airtime to local vegetables and grains as traditional protein. This banquet provides the perfect sample of the restaurant’s ethos with five of chef Ben McShane’s dishes, including glazed pork belly ham with green bean chutney, cauliflower with cheddar and pickled grape, and confit duck with braised lentils.
