Ellie Bouhadana In Residence at Napier Quarter
Since leaving her head chef role at Hope St Radio in May last year, chef Ellie Bouhadana has popped up at some of the global culinary scene’s coolest venues, including Apollo Bagels in New York City and Cafe Deco in London.
From Wednesday March 5 to Sunday March 9, the Ellie’s Table author will take over the kitchen at Napier Quarter. Her residency, titled “Endless Summer”, is the first in the Fitzroy wine bar’s new In Residence series, where owners Daniel Lewis and Simon Benjamin will invite creatives whose work aligns with the venue’s goal to “create a space that matters, for those who need it – a feeling of coming home”, as outlined by the venue in a statement.
Bouhadana’s residency will feature an à la carte menu from morning until evening as well as a set menu lunch and dinner for $85 per person from Wednesday March 5 to Saturday March 8. Then on Sunday March 9, stop by for the à la carte menu from noon until 4pm, followed by a walk-in-only kebab party.
