Daniel Ricciardo’s latest venture isn’t on the track – it’s in your glass, with a crisp, dry rosé pouring exclusively at Melbourne’s slinky rooftop Mexican bar and diner this March.

Enchante Rosé is the fresh new collab between Barossa winery St Hugo and Daniel Ricciardo, the eight-time Formula 1 Grand Prix winner (and winemaker in training). And for just two weeks, it will be on pour at Hotel Nacional in Melbourne’s CBD.

The Mexican-inspired bar and restaurant will host the exclusive activation from the Labour Day public holiday until March 23, offering Enchante Rosé by the glass or bottle, as well as in a limited-edition frozen slushie, in celebration of the Grand Prix. And, for the perfect weekend pit stop over GP weekend itself – from March 15 to 17 – diners at Hotel Nacional can head to the rooftop after their meal for a complimentary glass of Enchanté.

A contemporary dry-style rosé, Enchante is crisp, refreshing and packed with bright red-berry flavours. It’s ideal for long afternoons with mates – and the relaxed Hotel Nacional rooftop makes for the perfect setting.

Hotel Nacional’s Bottomless Brunch also runs on weekends: a great excuse to keep the good times rolling once you’re there. Whether you’re soaking up the city skyline or toasting to race weekend, this is your chance to experience the Enchante lifestyle – just as Danny Ric intended.
