Trinity Scarf began her career in the corporate world, but she’s spent the last decade focused on health and wellness, launching three businesses aimed at the corporate and travel sectors.
“After leaving the corporate sector over 10 years ago, I became convinced – like many others – that the corporate lifestyle requires significant support in terms of wellness,” Scarf tells Broadsheet.
Her latest venture is a wellness centre at Thomson House, a new build from developer Fortis. The “wellness concierge” connects clients with the right experts for their personal needs.
We think you might like Access. For $12 a month, join our membership program to stay in the know.
SIGN UP“I’ve tailored the experience to what my peers and I are looking for,” Scarf says. “I guess that’s why it’s called Trinity – I’ve put myself as one of the key target markets, hoping this curation sets us apart.”
The centre features specialists including nutritionists, naturopaths, kinesiologists and practitioners from the National Institute of Integrative Medicine, combining both conventional and functional medicine with traditional Chinese and Indian practices.
Each client receives a customised health plan, enhanced by services like hot and cold therapy, access to an LED lounge and bathhouse, and group classes such as hot yoga and breathwork. “These are modalities that have brought me great benefits over the years,” says Scarf, with the belief that others will benefit as well.
Designed for luxury and serenity, the centre’s interiors showcase warm neutrals and lush textures. Local artist Jessie Breakwell is responsible for the vibrant artworks throughout, providing a lively contrast to the calming atmosphere.
Memberships are flexible and customisable, allowing clients to tailor their wellness experiences, while drop-in sessions make it easy for newcomers to engage at their own pace. And Scarf is so sure of her model, she’s already planning the next step: a second location in Richmond, due to open in 2026.
