Rebecca Vallance is a household name. Lady Gaga, Hailey Bieber and Sofia Vergara have all donned her designs. Now, the luxury Australian fashion designer has brought her latest ready-to-wear collections to Perth, with a boutique in Claremont Quarter where the brand sits alongside outposts from Camilla and Marc and Viktoria & Woods.

“Claremont Quarter is our latest store to open, and it offers cross-season collections, making it ideal for the warmer weather in Western Australia, but also for those travelling any time of the year,” founder and creative director Rebecca Vallance tells Broadsheet. “Each season our collections aim to service both the southern and northern hemisphere. Not all [our] stores house this offering, and it makes for that one-stop shopping experience.”

Judging by the packed turnout at the boutique opening on Monday June 24, it’s clear her designs are set to flood Perth’s social scene. The store currently stocks a series of 2024 collections: the pre-fall (autumn) “Paradiso Bloom”; pre-spring “Fleurett”; and the Bella Rose bridal collections. Expect floral detailing, embellished cocktail dresses, polka dot gowns, whimsical frills and modern suiting.

Since launching her brand in 2011, the designer has opened boutiques in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, making the Claremont boutique her seventh. The store’s sophisticated fit-out from Archer Design sees rose-coloured quartz meet warm timber flooring and textured walls.
