Have you ever been scrolling mindlessly through social media, thumb on autopilot, when all of a sudden you catch a glimpse of something so scrumptious that you find yourself thinking, “What is that? And how do I get it?”
The hundreds and thousands lamington at Jocelyn’s Provisions is just that sort of dish. Fun, colourful, nostalgic. It’s like fairy bread but all grown up.
The team had been experimenting with different variations of the lamington and, after trying out several versions, found that this rainbow-hued beauty was the only one that really stood out. When the original lamingtons dropped in January, a video of it exploded on social media, prompting the Jocelyn’s team to bring back the bright treat right when we need it most: in the dead of winter.
